General Purchase And Delivery Info
- Please ensure that you have selected the correct product in the correct type/colors/sizes before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay or lost of your package.
- Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
- Only in the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order due to unforeseen circumstances, an exchange or refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Making A Purchase
- Please note that by adding product(s) to your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the product(s). Product(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
- In order to secure your purchase, kindly update your payment details via the “update payment link” found in your invoice within 24 hours (For IB payments only).
- All orders will automatically be void if payment is not received and updated within this stipulated time frame. In the event where orders are void but an IB/ATM payment has been made, please email us at barry@fernsandphilo.com with your Order Number.
- All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event product purchased is available on sale thereafter.
Payment
- By default, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars and your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.

Discount Codes
- If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discounts to be valid. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
- Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
Delivery
- Prices for each product are not inclusive of local delivery charges.
- For local orders, we provide transport delivery, and self-collection only.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of order. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Ferns & Philo is unable to amend orders and combine orders which were separately made once it is prepared for dispatch.

LOCAL DELIVERY
- All local delivery are handled by Ferns & Philo.
- Any additional requirements/ installation/ special requests, are as per quoted on a case by case basis.
- Self-collection at Ferns & Philo outlet is free. (During business operational hours only)
- Email notifications will be sent once item is ready for collection at our outlet.
- Do note that Ferns & Philo will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted.
